GMC MetraHIT 27AS Insulation Tester, Milliohmmeter, Multimeter and Data Logger
The MetraHit 27I is a milliohmmeter, multimeter and data logger all in one, with insulation testing capabilities, up through the gigaohm range. The Metrahit 27AS is an avionics test kit that includes the METRAHIT 27I. Both the METRAHIT 27I and the 27AS can be used in a broad range of applications, especially in avionics technology, field service, and repair.

- Insulation resistance measurement 30 MOhm to 3 GOhm with adjustable test voltage of 50, 100, 250, or 500 V d.c.
- Milliohmmeter with 1 A measuring current and 200 mA measuring current
- Kelvin connection (4-wire measurement)
- Resistance measurement from 300 Ohm to 30 MOhm
- Voltage measurement from 3 to 600 V DC and 3 to 600 V AC with ±30.000 digits
- Frequency measurement from 300 Hz to 3 kHz
- Memory for up to 1,200 measured values
- Continuity and diode testing
- Overload protection
- DAkkS calibration certificate (Accredited per ISO/IEC 17025)

Applications:
The METRAHIT 27I is ideal for generic low-resistance measurements. It is also ideal for specialized applications, such as measuring low value contact resistances at welding seams, and riveted joints. The METRAHIT 27AS is ideal for voltage, insulation, milliohm, and temperature measurement in airplane and helicopter electrical applications. It's also ideal for evaluating the outer skins of aircraft for lightning protection and wick tests.
