The Extech CMM-17 Process Calibrator combines the functionality of a calibrator with a TRMS Multimeter.  It has the ability to source DC Volts and mA in programmable or timed steps.  It also has the ability to source frequency.   Optional PC software is available for remote operation and data logging.
